The San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority is seeking proposals from entities interested in participating in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Water Authority to fund construction of the San Luis Transmission Project (SLTP).
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Water Authority to seek out potential funding partners who may have similar interest in transmission service in the San Luis region.
